After 3 months of using a Tenways Ago X the battey is not working anymore. I've to receive a new battery. How long does it take to receive a new battery. I live in the Netherlands

Only Tenways knows this. It will probably depend on what they have in stock. Since they are based in the Netherlands, I guess it will not take that long.
Was there any indication beforehand that the battery is not o.k.?
